Re-thread Doll Hair Tutorial

Gather these materials:

• Scissors
• yarn
• BIG needle
• dollie head (Pictured here: Evil Princess)

Thread your needle with yarn. I'd say a two to three-foot long piece if you want long hair or if you're a beginner.

Remember, you can always trim shorter, but darned if that hair is ever going to get any longer.

Stick the needle into a hole on the doll's head. I start at the back bottom of the head and work my way around.

It's usually easiest if you use the holes that are already there, although you can make your own if you're a glutton for that kind of punishment.
(Note: I am a glutton for that kind of punishment. Sometimes.)

Pull the yarn so that the knot goes back inside the head and ends up resting against the wall of the head. Capice? You've just started rooting hair! Now. Go do it about 6 hundred more times, and you'll be done!
